Rebecca’s 15 years of experience designing and decorating Toronto homes has shaped our business model. When you choose us to design or decorate your home, you will experience our unique 7-step process. Our process keeps you in “the know”, preparing you for what to expect at every step in the decorating & design journey. This process has become the cornerstone of our business.

Signature Process

  • A paid 60-minute deep dive via zoom to discuss your project & get to know you. You’ll receive a customized design fee proposal after this call.

  • Once you’ve accepted our proposal and signed on with us you’ll meet our team & amazing trade partners. We arrange a day for the team and trades to visit you in your home and review the scope of work before we dive into the design process. Think of it as a meeting of the minds where no stone is left unturned.

  • You’ll join our design team via zoom where we present our initial design concepts, floorplans and preliminary project pricing for discussion. This is where we make sure we are all on the same page before diving into design selections and construction drawing packages.

  • Get ready to be blown away by all our unique and customized design selections. You’ll join us at the RHD studio to review the design of your “new” home. You’ll be presented with a drawings packaged file with millwork details, wall treatments, floorplans etc as well as physical samples of materials, fabric and more.

  • You get to sit back and relax now that all the big design decisions have been made. Our team places all the orders & manages their delivery and installation. We’ll liaise with the contractor and trades to ensure the design is being implemented as per our drawings. And of course, we communicate frequently to keep you in the loop!

  • This is where the magic happens. It’s the exciting moment when it all comes together and your inviting home comes to life. Our team styles your now magazine-worthy space to perfection inviting you home to enjoy it.

  • It’s time to wrap it all up with a tidy little bow. It’s never over till it’s over. We stay until the bitter ended to ensure all outstanding items are completed. Our team reviews the completed

    space, reconciles any deficiencies and you are presented with your project binder including all the care & maintenance instructions for the future. And hopefully, we toast with a bit of bubbly!
